What happens after you send it
- We review your request. A member of our team reads every enquiry personally — nothing is automated or outsourced.
- We clarify anything unclear. If we need more detail on access, timing or load configuration, we will ask by email before quoting.
- You receive a written quote. Usually within one business day, itemised so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
- You decide in your own time. No pressure and no follow-up spam. Accept the quote by reply email and we will lock in your booking.
Details that help us quote accurately
The more you can tell us up front, the faster and tighter your quote will be. Helpful details include:
- Load dimensions, weight and packaging (palletised, crated, loose or bulk).
- Full pick-up and delivery addresses, or at minimum the suburbs.
- Site access at both ends — loading dock, forklift, tailgate or crane requirements.
- Preferred collection and delivery windows, and any hard deadlines.
- Whether the job is a one-off movement or part of a recurring schedule.
- Any special handling notes — fragile goods, refrigeration, dangerous goods or oversize loads.
